calculate voltage out class d inverter

    How to calculate voltage output class d inverter.
    Is this scheme can produce 220V AC, and how to modify them to be reliable and safe inverter.

    Why do you think the first circuit can produce 220V? It can't. It can't produce a waveform greater than the supply voltage, in this case peak voltages of 0V to 12V. To increase the voltage you need a boost-converter configuration or a transformer.

    In the second picture, the voltage depends upon the value of the inductances and capacitances.
