    Hi,

i want to calculate slew rate and gainbandwidth product with following parameters.

    pulse amplitude: 23 to 30mV.
    pulse time: 140ns.
    gain: 47 times.

help me to calculate slew rate and bandwidth for this parameter. it's better if you suggest a particular IC.

    thanks,

    Hello,

What is the shape of the pulse?
What is the rise and fall time of the pulse?

    friend,

I don't know the pulse rise or fall time. and pulse shape should be half of cycle of sine wave.

    Hello,

I assume this thread is a continuation of your last thread:
detect pulse of 140ns and 50mv.

Now you want to amplify the 23 mV pulse to about 1 V.
    The slew rate must be higher tan 1 V / 70 nSec = 14.3 V / μSec.
    The GBW must be higher than (1 / 280 μSec) * 47 = 168 Mhz.

    Bertus

PS I have posted the same answer in your other thread.
I can merge the threads if you want to.

friend, you told me that i should use opamp with minimum 70V/us slew rate. and now 14.3V/us.
    which one should i use?

    Hello,

The 70 Volts / μSec is for a 5 Volt pulse.
The 14 Volts / μSec is for a 1 Volt pulse.
