Calculate on some circuit

Any teacher out there? Got stuck when trying on some test paper..>.< Its on ic testing..really dont know how to get the correct answer...The answer was 3.648V...Anyone by chance can solve the problem?..>.<

hmm....may request a bit more help?..>.<...im kinda of dumb..i know the 1st step need to use voltage divider rule..(please correct me if im wrong)...after that i dont know what to do..>.<..sorry sorry...

We have this schematics and form KVL we get
Vcc=V1+Vbe+Vd+Voh --->
Voh=Vcc-Vbe-Ud-V1=5V-0.6V-0.6V-V1=3.8V-V1
So for Ioh=0A then Uoh≈3.8V
