CAD Symbol and Footprint Conversion

I have the CAD symbol and footprint for a device in the format for Altium Designer. However, my design package is currently Eagle. I also have the Ultra Librarian tool that convert a .bxl file to Eagle or other formats. Does anyone know if it is possible to convert the Altium files to Eagle, without going through the process of requesting and loading a trial version of Altium? I see there is a path if I load the Altium package -- I can convert the file to an Ascii format and convert that to Eagle. But I was hoping not to have to go through the process of obtaining the Altium software..
