What seems to be the problem ?

 

The vast majority of folks here on this site are overqualified for cable TV. As Rifaa said, ask the question.

 

I have had cable TV for many years in Canada. Most channels today are digital.
I have no idea about the type of modulation in his country. Maybe they are all old-fashioned analog.

I don't know what type of analog transmisssion is used in his country. NTSC, PAL or SECAM.

I don't know when if ever his country will change all channels to be digital.
Maybe he should ask on a forum in his own country.

 

My goodness, aren't you guys taking this a bit nonchalantly? The man has an emergency!!

 

He doesn't say what type of TV transmission is used in his country or planet.

 

Maybe he is still waiting for his cable man to arrive (between the hours of 6:00AM to 7:00PM).

 

Maybe he has a cable modem, and now that it has failed, he can not get back to the thread to respond!

I think the OP is simply waiting for a cable tech to E-mail him (which is not likely to happen) and is therefore unlikely to return to the forum anytime soon.

Let's refrain from any further replies unless the original poster comes back and posts what kind of information they are looking for. Otherwise, we are just wasting storage space on this thread.
