    what is meant by this
    "The Connecting cables must have the following dimensions
    at 220v = 3x6 mm4
    at 380v = 3x4 mm2,5
    at 415v = 3x4 mm2,5
    the ground cable must have the min. section of 6mm2".

    In metric sizes you have the diam in mm and/or the cross section area in mm².
    e.g. the ground cable you quote, 6mm² area would be equivalent to #8 AWG.
    Often the a wire is given in number of strands and the gauge of each strand as well as the O.A. dia and area.
    NA uses Mil and AWG for Wire size.
