Hi,
I'd like to measure capacitance-voltage C(V) characteristic of a PN diode or a Schottky diode. Can you suggest me a reliable and not very complicated way to do it?

How do I build a capacitance meter then? The diode only passes current in one direction, so I don't think AC measurements will work...
