CPlusPlus.com is a great resource for C and C++ programming, I've found. While there aren't any specific tutorials for studio.h (you'll be hard pressed to find one), it does list all of the methods and functions defined by this library and how to use them (just click on the name).

tshuck has recommended a great site. Generally there is an example for every function, with the function being used somewhere in the example.

Borland C++ builder 3.1 was great to learn with (but it is an ancient DOS IDE). You could press F1 on any function you had written in the editor and was trying to use and it would bring up a wealth of information - syntax, parameters, description and examples. Excellent bit of software, someone really needs to bring such a great IDE into the new millennia.
