what is different between c# and visual c# ?

 

same difference as basic and visual basic....

C# is name of the language like any other C,Basic,C++,Java,Python and etc.And a Visual C# is the language (C#) provided by a vendor or company named Microsoft ,it comes in a package we call it Visual Studio also it could be downloaded without the package from Microsoft's website.

Ok C# language is created by Microsoft for its Framework named DOTNET(.Net).
