If a load consists of 15 Ω resistor connected in series with a 0.05 H coil across a 230v 50Hz supply, it is to be fitted with a power factor corrector which will bring the circuit's power factor to unity, need to know scaled phasors showing Vsupply I loadIc and I supply and calculate the capacitance value of power factor corrector which, when connected in parrallel with the load, it brings the circuit factor to unity.
Please help really stuck on this and need it to be in on Wed.

Calculate the coil impedance at 50Hz (ωL), the angle would be tan^-1(ZL/R) to get the phasor diagram. To get unity power factor the magnitude of the impedance of the capacitor (1/ωC) must be equal to the magnitude of the impedance of the coil.
