    image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Hi All,

Here is my Voltage Controlled Amplifier breadboard and schematics. Do the bypass capacitors look right place to you. The schematic is fairly vague on this so this is how I interpreted it.

Yes this is the schematic I am looking at. Does it look right on my breadboard? Cheers

There's usually so much stray coupling on breadboards that it's not practical to even worry about supply decoupling.

When you transfer the design to a PCB, put a decoupling on the power pins of every IC.

    Hello,

    Where are the two transistors?
I do not see them on the breadboard.

As said, better make the PCB given on the webpage.

As for the decoupling capacitors, you could use the guidelines as given in this thread:
    Decoupling or Bypass Capacitors, Why?

I am making it now, that is why there are no transistors. Thanks for the link:)
