Maybe a really dumb question or two....I've read Bill Marsdens post on setting up an E Bench

Why can I not buy (at least easily) 1W + resistor sets and sets of higher voltage caps? Its an pain ordering individually in order to stock up due to never having the ones I need!


Shall I set up my own shop? Any customers?

Yes sorry I was thinking out loud and mumbling at the same time. Currently stocking up because I never seem to have the right anything ever despite owning so much. Stand back, make list, order from list. Not so hard.

Do you really want 1watt resistors?

 

They come in handy on tube amps. When the kids unglue themselves in about 28years I may need a few.......
I'm learning that unlike clothes shopping electronic shopping is a regular thing.
