You can buy parts from just about any internet source. It does not have to be from China or Chinese specific to work. I purchase parts for my company on a daily basis and get them from all over the world. Just to name a few are Digikey, Newark, Arrow, Avnet Express, Mouser, Farnell. The list goes on and on.

 

One place that seems to sell mostly Chinese parts is Futurlec.
