i am relatively new to design, i have a 12v car with a sending unit 0-90 ohms. (0 ohm empty). the car is 12v

i need to put 10 (or so) leds that light up at different levels of voltage. im not sure where to start with this. i have odds and ends laying around i am hoping to use, and i would like to build a prototype on a breadboard to see how it works and get a better understanding of such things.

any help would be greatly appreciated,<SNIP>
