Building custom rechargeable Li-ion batteries

Been reading about and it seems very dangerous after all to create custom batteries like this without creating a custom PCB to match. Also to use the cheap batteries just seems to intensify the risk.

So seeing as i don't have the knowledge to build this kind of circuitry confidently, or the money I'm not going to risk it after all. But at least i know a bit about this subject area now, thank you for all the advice.

I assume that you know that rechargeable Lithium battery cells are a fire hazzard.
Did you see the word FIRE on the no-name-brand Lithium battery cells?

Then maybe you should stay away from the no-name-brand ones labelled FIRE.

Lithium cells in series must be charged with a ballanced charger so that the cells all charge equally preventing a fire.

Yeah i researched this quite thoroughly and i understand that they are a fire hazard and require balancing. The main reason i decided to not do this project was because i can't afford high quality cells, and i don't have the knowledge to design a balancing circuit.
