I am having a very hard time figuring this 2 questions out. This is a Buck converter using a compensator to control the current. I know how to get the TF on the buck converter and from there get the PM and GM. But I do not know how to start solving the a and b questions

Anybody went to CU boulder? They have a posted solution for my problem on their D2L website. I need to get it ASAP. It is HW #9 of the Spring of 2013 ECEN 5807 class. I really need the solution to check my work. I do not want to fail my class please help
