I am looking at implementing a buck boost converter to regulate the output voltage from a generator. This generator has a changing output and I want the converter to set this voltage at 24V. I know that I will need to vary the duty cycle of the signal going to the switch as well as the switching frequency. We want to be able to control these two variables from our LabVIEW program. I need some help finding a cheap and easy way to accomplish this.

 

What is the generator current?
