I have purchased the TG451DL digital multimeter with the Meterview -SW1 Data logging software.
Following the software installation instructions I have installed the USB-to-Serial adapter driver. It completes successfully and says it is on coms port 12
When I open the software there is no coms port 12 only 1 -8 I don't know how to change the installation of the driver to one of these ports some help would be greatly appreciated.
