Hi, I have the mentioned controller but I don't have the manual (it is an older one and there is no model labeled on it) and I need to connect a 5kW DC motor on it. There is a 25 pin connector on it, but I don't know the function on the wires. I managed to find out the 3 control wires, that regulate the output voltage. Pins 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 functions remain unknown. Pin 9 is GND, pin 11 is 9V supply and pin 10 is the control voltage. Pin 12 is NO contact on the white relay on the picture.
Please, can someone help?

Where is 350 Amp power switches.

 

There is a thyristor module attached on the box. It is connected with the control board with the white connectors labeled as ST3 and ST4 on the second picture. The batteries should be connected on B+ and B- and the motor on 33/1 contact (the regulated output) and B-, first picture.

 

Problem solved by chance the controller started when I connected wires 2, 5 and 6 to GND.
