Bootstrap Parameters calculation

I am designing a driver circuit for my H-Bridge circuit.
I have selected an IC UBA 2033(PDF attached)

I have some problems in calculating the Boostrap parameters.

Please have a look at the attached word file.
Questions:
1. Value of Bootstrap capacitance?
2. Suggestion for Fast recovery Bootstrap Diode
