Bluetooth wireless

I want to control (on or off) two devices (let say fan and bulb) with my computer wireless. Bluetooth is the best option but is there
any way to make the circuit without using micro controller?

If not, then simple FM wirless remote control will be fine. Plz help me. I want to make easiest, shortest and cheapest circuit.

In case of FM, I'll connect remote control to the parallel port of my pc.

but I want to use two different frequencies for the two devices. Otherwise both devices will turn on or off simultaneously.

I want to learn how to generate electro-megnatic waves. and how to switch by receiving signals.

It is by far easier to make a standalone IR or RF remote control for your fan and your lamp. After you know how the remote control works, then learning how to interface the transmitter to the PC parallel port or bluetooth would be logically be the next to learn.
