Figure shows a voltage divider bias common emitter amplifier using a BJT. The BJT has the following parameters: belta = 100, ro = 10 kΩ and KT/q = 0.026 ΩA.
R1=60000, R2=50000, R3=6000, R4=10000
(a) Find IB, IC and VCE of the circuit.
(b) What are the x-intercept and y-intercept of the DC load line?
(c) Given that the cutoff region of the transistor is specified by IC < 1 mA and the saturation region of the transistor is specified by VCE < 0.5V. Determine if the transistor is operated in cutoff region, saturation region or active region. Justify your answer.
(d) Draw the AC equivalent circuit for the amplifier.
(e) Calculate the voltage gain AV, current gain AI, input impedance Zi and output impedance Zo of the amplifier
i have done part a,b,d,e. please help me to check whether is correct or not.
i will upload my work later.
for part c, i only get the circuit is NPN type, Vb>Ve .i guess it maybe active region or saturation region. please help me to fix it.
