Hi folks,
when i am simulating a swamped amplifier on proteus with exact transistor from library. When I am calculating the lower critical frequency I am getting 0.86Hz, while in the simulation I found it to be about 2.2Hz. I used the second approx for dc analysis etc. Is this normal?

You have given no details of your amplifier circuit, nor of your calculations.

Perhaps someone may be able to help if you post a schematic, together with your method for finding 0.86Hz.
