any one knows that how to use bjt as a non inverting switch to get fixed 5 v at output?

Use the BJT in emitter follower (common collector) configuration.

What exactly are you trying to switch? Is it a 5V voltage into a load?

actually i am making water level controller. and receiving voltage by completing path from water. currently i am getting 3.34 volts on the base from the water. if i take output BJT acts as a inverting switch . but instead when i take output from emitter to behave it as non inverting switch i get the same voltage that is on the base. but i want to have 5v. fixed.

I still don't understand what you are trying to do. Can you post a schematic diagram of what you are attempting?
