Biquad filter analysis

    I was wondering if someone could help me with a little electronics problem. I need to obtain the state space model of the circuit in the picture I attached.
    So basically get it into the form:

    \frac{dx(t)}{dt}=Ax(t)+Bu(t) and y(t)=Cx(t)+Du(t)

    I get the following matrices:

    A=\frac{1}{RC}\begin{bmatrix}-1 &  1\\ 0.5  &  0\end{Bmatrix} B=\frac{1}{RC}\begin{bmatrix} -1 \\0\end{Bmatrix} C=\begin{bmatrix} -1 & 0\end{Bmatrix} D=0

    and was wondering if these are the correct results.
