Hi, I am working on a circuit in logic works, using a simple 4 bit multiplier using 74_284 and 74_285 chips, and I keep getting a Z output where I should be getting one's. Anyone know why this is happening? Picture is attached. My input is A: 0011 B: 0011

It's an open collector output. Try using a pull up resistor on each of the outputs. Pull the output up to the supply voltage of the chips.
