Attached is the signal that I want to get at the output of the AND logic gate. The square wave is from the microcontroller and the high frequency signal is from a NE555.

I was wondering if an AND logic gate can do that or should I use a multiplieur like the AD633, or do you have a more suitable method?

 

If it's a simple logic signal feeding another IC or whatever, use a diode gate.

Put a pull-up resistor at the input to the next stage and have a diode from each output that can pull the input low.

You will only get a signal through when both outputs are High.
