    Hi guys,

I'm building a time measurement device that needs to be able to measure the time difference between two pulses down to the nano second. currently have a PIC micro controller doing the measurements using the CTMU module and i am able measure a time difference of around 200ps at the highest current setting.

The issue i have is that i now need to connect an external 2.5 - 5v signal to my 3.3v circuitry. The external signal comes from a single photon counting module SPCM-AQR.

I have been experimenting with the GTL2000 buffer, are there any alternative idea for level conversion someone could suggest?
