I use IrfanView which is a great viewer and file converter. it is also excellent and resizing and has bunch of effects, including sepia, fine rotation, batch editing etc.

 

@jpanhalt: I'd be curious to know what you decided to use?

 

Photoshop. I just clicked on never register and it seems to work, so far. I guess Adobe just turns off the registration servers, as it did with an earlier version.

Congratulations John. I was about to suggest Irfanview for all non-editing tasks.

But myself, still puzled by the reply in Dutch. Did they stop speaking English in USA? Or it is just in California?
