Is there any best big size display like 240X28 or bigger in cheap with good library support in arduino in which I can edit data or only word without reconstructing entire screen?
I saw t6963d based 240X128 display but the only available library for it is U8g as T6963_C library of arduino is outdated and dont support with new arduino versions!
So i need fast and supportive lcd!
    Any suggestions?

I already read that one! It has many libraries, but for T6963C it has only three lib from which t6963_c is old one so not support new IDE so do u know how to make it support that?
Cause this is quite old and populer display so there should be the some way out to perform the opperation which I want!

Probably not that difficult to get it to recompile. No?

That can be done on any LCD: you can set up a ram buffer to hold the content of your screen. Then the screen is periodically updated, via a timer interrupt, from the RAM buffer.
