1) Which is "better" (most versatile)?
2) I want to hook up a Webcam, or video input device via a USB cable then output what was just taken in to a screen (not a computer screen, something much smaller). Is this as simple as plug in and go on a beagle board/bone? or does it require coding? if so what language would you suggest? the goal is to get a continuous feed, not to take pictures.
3) I cannot find any books/videos on basic starter "projects" with a beagle board/bone does anyone know of any resources? I ask because I want to buy one, but know very little (more like nothing) about micro controllers and am not sure if i want to invest money into one of these boards just to have it end up being a cup coaster on my desk because I can't figure out how to use it.
