    hey guys , i need a detailed datasheet for the BC109C transistor, and when i use Beta should i choose Btypical or work out Beta(average).

    BC109 = BC549 The difference is only the package.

    I most cases the B version will work. I'll guess you want to use this transistor in a non-critical circuit?

    BC549
    BC555
    BC337
    etc, etc.

    There was the TUN (transistor universel NPN):
