Is there any difference when charge Stun Gun internal battery using 110v@60Hz compared with charging using AC-AC voltage conveter which provides 110V@50Hz? The device are designed for charging from U.S. 110V@60Hz AC outlet. Will providing 50Hz affect overall charging time compared to 60Hz, and if so, how much?
