battery charger help!

hi.
i have circuit that is contain rechargable battery,i want battery charger circuit so that i can take a power from battery when the main power is disconnect, that battery what i use 12V dc/450 mAh and my circuit 12V dc/300 mA

Its better to buy one which is able to stop the charging if the battery is full because it will be always connected to the battery. If you buy one which is not able to do this the battery will be destroyed. Also, i suggest you to buy a bigger battery (about 2mAh) because the one you have will last for about an hour.
