Naw ... not a lawyer Mike. Unfortunately you have to read and interpet the whole statement by the OP.

Actually when I read your response, I looked at the OPs beginning statement and skipped the "two" battery requirement as well.

The short and sweet statement by crutchow was sufficient and I thought the issue was settled.

I wonder if the statement was that way from their "instructor", who added the distractor.
