I work on a project and I need the pspice model of a schottky diode, this is the bat60 of ST.

I have Googled for a SPICE model, but I didn't find anything.Therefore, I thought I could turn to the experts community.
If anyone can help me on this, it would help me a lot.

Schottky diodes of the same current rating are quite similar in characteristics. If you can find a model for one with a rating close to the BAT60 (perhaps one already in your Spice library) then that should work for your simulation.

 

Go here and click on the Design Support tab. Then download

Signal Schottky diode PSpice models (.lib & .olb)

. The model is contained within that file.
