Hello,

Sometimes with cheap transformers, the plates are not very well placed.
In that case the plates will be able to move and make a buzzing sound.
Sometimes the transformer will get a bit warm from it.

If it bothers you (it shouldn't be a problem electrically) try injecting superglue into the problem area.
