I am struggling to get to grips with C programming. I would like to Programme a PIC16F. I have got a kit and debugger to run this but I am struggling. Could anyone show me how to flash an L.E.D on and off for a start.

Any help would be great

Have you tried asking over at the Microchip forums? http://forum.microchip.com/
Also, there are MANY kits and debuggers. When asking for help, you MUST be more specific, or you will only get responses from wonderfully kind people such ass myself.
