+/- Bandwidth definition?

Hey all. So I been trying to buy a narrow BPF and on the datasheets it'll say something like: +/- 12.5 under 6dB bandwidth for a specific component. Here is a datasheet for reference if needed: http://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/87544/ETC/CFWS455CY.html

My question is, does +/- 12.5 Bandwidth mean 25 bandwidth?
By +12.5 and -12.5 are those the pass band regions to the right and left of the center frequencies respectively?

Thank you.

Hello,

Yes, the +/- 12.5 will mean a bandwidth of 25 kHz around the center frequency.
You also see the bandwidth at 40 dB attenuation given.
This will tell you how steep the filter is.
