For the other helpers on this site, I did the part about looking at all the published information and found nothing about RT1.

Is there anything left of it that a picture would describe it?
Schematics like this are usually proprietary.
Could be a thermistor?

Yes we know its Baldor VFD but even with the installation manual, they don't show usually show components, unless they happen to be external accessories.

RT1 in that form factor is most likely a thermistor (maybe RT means Resistor Thermistor?) and since the circuit seems to be a higher current area it is probably a PTC type to save components from current inrush or motor start current.

If that thermistor is cooked is it likely to be a symptom, not the fault itself (so there is another fault drawing too much current, which then cooked the thermistor).
