    hi,

im running a simulation of BLDC motor. At rated speed, this motor will give its maximum emf. At lower speed, the back emf will be lower. The back emf is in trapezoidal waveform.

in regenerative braking, is this back emf is to be rectified, boosted and then charge the battery?

if this is the one to be rectified to recharge the battery, how am i going to rectify this trapezoidal waveform?

i tried using 3phase rectifier but get error.
btw, im using multisim to do the simulation.

    hope anyone can give guidance/solution.

    thanks

If you post an image of your simulation set-up this would help.
