Hey everyone! I was wondering if there was anyone who could point me in the right direction regarding autocorrelation? I have a general idea of how to do an autocorrelation however, i've encountered one that has a rectangular function in it and i'm not quite sure how to do the integral.
x(t) = -5rect((t-5)/9)cos(10*pi*t)
Will the rectangle just approach unity and thus disspear when doing the integral???
I have it all set up but not quite sure how to solve the integral with the rect function in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
