Audio Relay signal interference

Hey there,

I've been having a problem with an audio circuit I added some relays to. They were originally Pushbuttons. It's a microphone eq.

Originally when I would switch the relays on AND off, there would be a harsh click in the signal. I found out about putting a diode in parallel with the relay so that took care of the pop/click when I turn it off. :D However, the problem is still there when I turn the relay "on". Can I use a cap to offset this? If so, what kind and where in the circuit? (signal or power side) Diagrams or links to any def help.

Thanks for any help.

Possibly could add a little resistance in series with relay coil, not enough to prevent operation & add .5 μF in parallel with coil.
