I have programmed the ATTiny5 microcontroller and now it needs to be sent out to 3rd party for mass production.

I need to lock/ blow the programming/ debugging fuse. How this can be achieved?

Got to Lock Bits and stet Further programming and verification disabled (0xFC).

 

Are you sure this will work? If you can't read it to verify it why would you be able to read it to clone it.
