Can someone please explain how to attach a URL to a thread?

Using {} instead of [], the format is something like {url=web address}your text{/url}

 

Given a choice, it would be preferable to attach a drawing file (like .png) to the post in advanced mode than to have a link to an off-site service.

 

Attachments are my norm, followed by the local albums, which is pretty much like any online photo service such as Photobucket, but local. No Advertisements!
