    I didn't know adenosine triphosphate had a sheath.:confused:

    Maybe it would help if you said what ATP is?

    Seems like somebody might be exaggerating slightly.

    Also www.emtp.com seems to be a similar website to the dot org one.

    ???

    I can't help with this I'm afraid. Perhaps someone will come along that can, but I think most members here deal with electronics and not with high voltage electrical distribution and generation systems.

    Alternative Transients Program? ElectroMagnetic Transients Program? At least Kermit came up with something about electricity.

    If anyone here has purchased that program, that person might be able to find out what a sheath voltage is and how to use the program to measure it.
