Atmega8 Interface with Thumb slide joystick

    i want to interface this with an atmega8 miniboard can someone please help me with this cause its my college project and need to do it asap

    The joy stick is just two potentiometer(variable resistor) located in X & Y axis.

    You can feed +5V to it and read the voltages output of the two axis via the ADC pins of Mega8 and then work out the position of the thumb slide.
