    Hi,
I need your help connecting Atmega16 built in the breadboard to my PC using AVR Studio 4. Is there a way of connecting Atmega16 mcu to the computer without using a Development Board such as AVR STK500?

If yes which software should I use?

I used 8051 MCU in the past with Flash Magic. I built 8051 in the breadboard with MAx232. I need some thing simular for the Atmega.

    Thank

AVR Studio 4 have built-in programming functionality for both program flash and EEPROM.
You can use any AVR ISP programmer. AVR ISP mkII is good, but cheaper usually works great too.
