I have some issue with atmega1284P. some noise issue measure through 20 times on mixed oscilloscope that time more fluctuating graph. and i need less fluctuating. do you have any idea how can i solve this problem??? i have schmatics too.

I have no idea of what you mean by this. Do you have decoupling capacitors in your circuit? Read this for more info on decoupling capacitors.

Post them here, preferably as an image like *.png or similar. Then we might be able to help a little more.
