    hi, AT89C2051 the method of writing code with C programming is it same with the PIC16F84A ? i found very few example C programming in 8051.
    is it cannot use C programming in 8051?

    I do the bulk of my coding in C, compiled with Keil. Atmel site has lots of examples.

    Get the evaluation copy of the Keil 8051 C compiler at https://www.keil.com/demo/eval/c51.htm. I would prefer to use 89S2051 instead of the 89C2051 coz the you can download the codes via USB.

    Can you elaborate on which of several verification processes you might be talking about? If you are talking about code in the flash memory the software just reads back the bytes it wrote and compares them to the output file from the compiler

    I like Silicon Labs (www.silabs.com) 8051-based processor. Easy to use.

    The AT89C2051 is an enhanced 8051, and is quite easy to use.
